For our client, a medium-sized company in the personnel services industry, we are currently seeking a Personal Consultant (m/f/d) for the medical sector for a permanent internal position in Surfside, FL.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing existing clients and acquiring new ones
  • Support and leadership of assigned employees with respect and appreciation
  • Presenting and placing suitable candidates with clients
  • Personnel administration with consideration for quality management, occupational safety, and health protection
  • Searching, selecting, and evaluating suitable candidates

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Professional experience in personnel services
  • Sales affinity
