Your Responsibilities:

Disciplinary and professional management of Supply Chain Management (SCM) at the Jonesville location, including order control/dispatch, incoming goods inspection, and operational logistics
Promotion of communication and collaboration among all internal and external interfaces, from suppliers and adjacent departments to end customers
Initiation, optimization, and support of new and existing processes within SCM
Responsible for efficient and timely completion of the delivery program for the location
Professional and disciplinary responsibility for SCM at the Jonesville location

Your Qualifications:

Completed degree in business or engineering with a focus on SCM, in the field of business administration, or technical studies with relevant experience in procurement and logistics
Proven longterm professional and leadership experience in a responsible role in internationally operating companies
With your appreciative leadership style, open communication, and assertiveness, you make a valuable contribution to the motivation and enthusiasm of employees, as well as the consistent development of your area of responsibility
Negotiation skills, initiative, as well as flexibility and willingness to travel round out your profile
