for Quality Assurance / Product End Control

full-time and temporary for the 2023 season

Your profile

  • Completed professional training in the food industry or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally, experience in quality assurance within a 3shift operation in the food industry
  • Computer skills (MS Office, MS Dynamics NAV)
  • Team and communication skills, as well as a careful work ethic
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
Your tasks

  • Control of end products (including sensory evaluation, weight, best before date and lot number, size, awvalue and water content)
  • Production monitoring and compliance with guidelines
  • Sampling of product and management according to internal guidelines
  • Preparation and participation in daily tastings
  • Sensory testing within the internal quality assurance system
  • Documentation of test results
  • General tasks in the field of quality assurance
  • Support in the packaging department
