YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Order processing in daily operations including precarriage planning, customs clearance, and documentation
  • Calculation of freight rates, preparation of offers, and invoicing
  • Acceptance of orders and intensive customer support and handling of complaints
  • Correspondence with agents, partners, suppliers, and international offices
  • Reporting

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed training as a merchant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services
  • First professional experience in the field of sea freight export
  • Very good English skills and proficient use of common MS Office tools
  • Selfmotivation and determination to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication skills and customeroriented work approach
