The district committee of Hochtaunuskreis is seeking a

Clerk (m/f/d) for general regulatory and commercial law

in the Department Regulatory, Street Affairs and Administrative Services.


Responsibilities:

  • Matters according to Sections 34, 34b to 34i of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO) for example: pawnbroking, auctioneering, gambling halls and similar businesses / gaming devices etc., sports betting and illegal gambling
  • Administration of foreign associations/foreign clubs, Act on the Regulation of Public Association Law (Vereinsgesetz)
  • Tasks according to the Hessian Holiday Act (HFeiertagsG)
  • Tasks according to the Hessian Shop Opening Act (HLöG)
  • Tasks according to the Youth Protection Act (JuSchG)
  • Tasks according to the Regulation on Closing Times (SperrV)
Issuing and refusing permits, performance, toleration and objection decisions, revocation and withdrawal of administrative acts (e.g. reliability checks, conduct of administrative offense and objection proceedings, etc.), consultation meetings, general correspondence, and more.


We expect:

  • Completed degree in Diplom Verwaltungswirt (FH) (m/f/d) / Bachelor of Arts
  • Public Administration or comparable education
  • Legally sound application of the following laws/regulations: The Administrative Offenses Act (OWiG), the Hessian Administrative Procedure Act (HVwVfG) and
