As a communicative customer service representative (m/f/d), you will be contacted by customers, establish contact with them yourself, and advise them on the use of our products and services.


Your tasks:

  • Competent contact person for questions and concerns of our customers in the UK & Germany
  • Support our customers with their diverse inquiries with the aim of helping them to be more successful as an IT service provider in the local market
  • Interface to all relevant internal stakeholders, also internationally
  • Solutionoriented advice and support for customers in using our IT systems
  • Responsibility for the care and further development of existing customers
  • Maintenance of our customer database and social media channels

Your profile:

  • Experience, joy, and enthusiasm for predominantly telephone contact and support of customers
  • Independence, quick reaction time, and commitment to highquality customer service
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Confident, serviceoriented, and friendly demeanor in every conversation
  • Flexible, resilient, and teamoriented work style
  • Proficient in all common office applications
  • Great interest in the entire range of information and telecommunications systems
