- Manage reservations and assist guests with inquiries related to room features, property amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
- Monitor VIP/Special Guests requests and maintain communication between the front desk team and the general manager.
- Keep agents informed about current rates, packages, and promotions.
- Provide training on payment methods and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Handle messages, packages, and mail promptly and professionally.
- Complete tasks according to checklist and share relevant information with departments.
- Adhere to standards and regulations for a safe and smooth hotel operation.
- Oversee training for new and current employees, emphasizing professional appearance and conduct.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Prior experience in Hotel Hospitality.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and stressful situations calmly.
- Strong mathematical skills for payment processing.
- Successful background check and drug screening.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 10-25 lbs.
