- Own Christensen's critical digital marketing levers, including our e-commerce store,
- email marketing, SEO, loyalty initiatives, and more
- Contribute to the growth of our owned audiences
- Manage all email marketing initiatives, including creation and optimization of email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
- Influence e-commerce purchases, both from new and repeat customers
- Analyze our customer LTV and make informed marketing decisions based on data
- Consistently improve the customer journey and optimize conversion rate through close collaboration with the design and development teams
- Maintain and improve our website's organic visibility through SEO enhancements
- Support the Director of Marketing in the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies (e-mail, social media, paid media, events, promotions, influencer marketing, etc.) to acquire new customers and delight existing customers
- Support the Director of Marketing in the setting of the roadmap and delivery of new features on the eCommerce websites and creation of strategies to drive and convert traffic in order to maximize revenue against commercial targets
- Maintain a strong market knowledge of sector rivals and trends to influence the delivery of the best and most profitable offering on the websites
- Be the subject matter expert for all growth marketing activities

Christensen Arms is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Irving, Texas. This position will work in tandem with the Gunnison, Utah-based Christensen Arms team.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and increasing the effectiveness of Christensen's critical digital marketing levers, including our e-commerce store, email marketing, SEO, social media, loyalty initiatives, and more.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with key internal stakeholders and strategic external partners to keep our world-class brand on its powerful growth trajectory.
