Overview:

This position is responsible to provide support for marketing planning, tools, and training of regionalmarketing teams. They will coach on regional and office level strategy, in collaboration with national,regional and local leadership. They will provide support on strategic patient acquisition & patient retentionmarketing strategies, driving project development and execution. This position requires an extremelyorganized person, who is self-motivated and able to make informed marketing decisions in collaborationwith field and national marketing teams.

Provide support and collaborate with regional marketing team on traditional and digital marketing channel development, providing regions with the necessary tools and information to train on these channels at the field level.
Support regional marketing team with the development of strategies for patient flow, metrics to track and report on marketing initiatives, coaching on communication, align better with digital strategies and enforcement of brand standards.
Evaluate implementation of marketing tools in the field and provide direction to National Support Center on new tools/enhancements to best meet the needs of each region, their supported offices/owners, and their patients.
Train regional marketing teams on new patient growth best practices in addition to providing mentorship, support, and guidance.
Support and facilitate the creation of marketing campaigns within PDS supported offices
Facilitate a communications strategy to ensure that communication between the field and the National Support Center are aligned, including but not limited to structured meetings and quarterly Marketing Summits.
Improve field marketing operations by assessing processes and procedures, making recommendations and helping to implement improvements, re-evaluate and adjust as necessary on an ongoing basis.
Ability to travel to offices via car or airplane may be required. Travel is expected to be 50% of the time.
Other duties as assigned by the management.

REQUIRED:

5+ years experience in a marketing function; experience in a regional healthcare or dental environment a plus.
Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. In lieu of degree, 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Prior marketing experience with PDS.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

PREFERRED:

Masters Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration or related field.
Experience working in an agency setting.
Experience in Dental/Retail/Healthcare industry is preferred.

Salary Information:
$66,560.00-$99,506.00 / Annually
