    Position Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns, managing a team, and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

    Job Duties
    Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.

    Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

    Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.

    Plan, execute, and optimize paid and social media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and allocate budgets to maximize ROI.
    Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to company websites. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and track SEO performance metrics.
    Conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, webinars, and product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and maximize event ROI.
    Develop and nurture relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders in the industry. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
    Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Develop brand messaging and positioning strategies to effectively communicate with target audiences.

    Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and relevant content for marketing campaigns, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and other collateral.

    Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
    Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

    Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising. Continuously evaluate and recommend new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on health, wellness or beauty.
    Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
    Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and mentoring a team.
    Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

    Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.

    Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
