    Job Description: IT Consulting Business Development Manager

    Position Overview:

    CoolSnail Technologies is an emerging startup with a focus on delivering IT consulting and staffing solutions. Currently, our primary objective is to establish ourselves in this domain. Looking ahead, we have plans to expand into product development. In light of our growth aspirations, we are actively in search of a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our IT consulting firm. As the Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with prospective clients, and promote our staffing and IT project services. Your primary goal will be to generate new leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry, including IT companies, software development firms, and technology startups.
    2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, including C-level executives, directors, and hiring managers.
    3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential areas for business growth.
    4. Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
    5. Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to generate leads and promote the company's services.
    6. Collaborate with the internal team to understand the company's capabilities, service offerings, and competitive advantages.
    7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to prospective clients.
    8. Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
    9. Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline management, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
    10. Stay updated with industry news, technological advancements, and emerging IT trends to identify new business opportunities.
    11. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    2. Proven track record in IT business development, preferably in a consulting or staffing environment.
    3. Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including IT consulting services, software development, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
    4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present to clients and negotiate contracts.
    5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a strong network of contacts in the IT industry.
    6. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
    7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
    8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
    9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
    10. Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
