    We're looking for a product marketing leader to drive our Digital Experience Monitoring corporate narrative for New Relic, working across the organization to develop a storytelling framework to propel the business forward.

    The Product Marketing Manager will define and implement product positioning and messaging for our Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) products, targeting Browser/Web and Mobile markets.

    This encompasses a broad spectrum of technologies, including Front-End, synthetic monitoring, real-user monitoring, and session replays.

    Central to this role is the ability to connect our corporate narrative with our platform's story, effectively highlighting both the business and technical benefits of our solutions.

    We are looking for someone with superior management skills and B2B product marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth culture.

    You should be ambidextrous in your ability to work as effectively with product management, design, and engineering as you do with sales, marketing, and customer success.

    What you'll do


    Drive corporate positioning and messaging that resonates with our core audience: developers, IT Operations, and application owners, as well as economic buyers and decision makers including CIOs and CTOsEmpower executive spokespeople with a clear, compelling narrative that encapsulates the New Relic value propositionConnect platform capabilities with business value to support broad GTM execution, ensuring that marketing and sales teams are enabled to scale out our story.

    Work across marketing to ensure the corp narrative is consistently represented across all channels (social, website, media, PR etc) and at the right altitudeDrive and own core assets like keynote presentations for first and third-party eventsImplement thought leadership initiatives on topics relevant to our space and the future of our space, such as observability and DevOpsPartner with the rest of marketing to create engaging content such as presentations, webinars, blog posts, data sheets, eBooks, and whitepapersDrive GTM strategy, and plan & execute launches in partnership with the launch management teamCollaborate effectively across functional teams.

    This role requires


    5+ years in product marketing, product management, front-end development or sales engineering at a high-growth B2B software companyExperience in launching products aimed at developers, coupled with a strong ability to craft compelling corporate messaging.

    Expertise in developer tools with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a general audience.

    Proven ability to effectively position B2B products for growth, working with marketing and sales to build a healthy pipeline while increasing deal velocity, and closure rates.

    Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with notable abilities in presentation and public speaking.
    Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, alongside a keen technical and business acumen.
    Experience in analyzing and refining best practices and processes to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    Experience positioning technical products to both technical users and economic decision-makersStrong technical depth and ability to learn quickly, with sharp business senseAbility to effectively partner with all functions from engineering and product to sales and marketingOutstanding communication and collaboration skills, skilled in influencing peers and managers, and adept at building consensus in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree or related experienceBonus points if you have

    MBA and/or computer science, engineering, technology background

    10+ years of technical pre-sales, consulting, training, or product marketing/management experience

    Estimated Base Pay Range:
    $ 114,000 - $ 142,000The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
