What to expect:

  • Goal and serviceoriented management of multiple EASYFITNESS clubs from a business perspective
  • Leadership, training, motivation, and development of individual teams
  • Personnel responsibility for new hires and onboarding
  • Responsibility for member acquisition and retention through organization and planning of promotional activities and events
  • Responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales and customer retention goals
  • Control over planned budgets
