For our location in Bremen-Hastedt, we are looking for a competent social pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) to join our team on May 1, 2023 for the implementation of the project "Lifecoach+".

The aim of this measure is to stabilize participants through individual activation and support so that they can actively contribute to their integration into the training and labor market.

The barriers to employment of young people should be identified and reduced as much as possible. In addition, low-threshold group activities are offered to motivate and gradually introduce participants to vocational training. The team also includes a part-time psychological specialist.

Your profile:

You have a degree in social pedagogy/work.
The use of qualified educators with additional subjects or study focuses in social pedagogy, special education, or youth welfare is also possible.
You have good communication skills and empathy for our participants.
Teamwork is a natural part of your successful implementation of the measure.
