Our HR team at Bachner Group is looking for reinforcements. We are all about people - their entries, their personal and professional development, their farewells. We support our employees and managers as a sparring partner in all personnel and labor law matters.

You research and identify new trends in HR, continuously educate yourself and bring your expertise into personnel work.

You enjoy the trust to implement your ideas and concepts in our daily work and to further develop yourself with your tasks.

In addition, we offer the flexibility to work 2 days from home with a 40-hour work week. The position is full-time.


What awaits you:

  • You are responsible for personnel support throughout the entire employee cycle at our locations in Dingolfing, Landshut and Mainburg
  • You are the contact person and active advisor for employees and managers in all labor law and personnelrelated areas
  • You confidently and routinely lead and moderate counseling, employee and conflict discussions
  • Together with us, you identify opportunities for improvement in existing HR processes and implement corresponding measures we look forward to your ideas

Your strengths are in demand:

  • A completed further education in the personnel field, e.g. as a certified personnel specialist, or a completed degree with a focus on HR and several years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of collective bargaining and labor law, as well as tax and social security law
  • You are eager to change things with us you actively tackle tasks and find the right solutions together with all parties
