Your Responsibilities

  • Active and strategic sales over the phone in the office, including responsibility for sales
  • Customer consultation and sales of marketing campaigns, highquality products, and services via telephone to generate sales and increase customer loyalty
  • Active relationship management with existing customers and building sustainable partnerships with potential new customers through valueoriented sales arguments, structured conversations, and solutionoriented objection handling
  • Creation of offers and their processing and tracking throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Responsibility for documenting customer and project data in CRM systems and other sales databases
  • Continuous close cooperation with internal departments, especially regional sales, marketing, and external service providers

Your Profile

  • Completed business, commercial, or social education
  • Experience in outbound/inside sales is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of optometry is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Teams
  • Good German and English skills
  • Enjoy working with customers and other interfaces
  • Consultation skills, negotiation skills, and closing skills
  • High level of selfmotivation and communication skills, proactive team player
  • Thorough, independent, and reliable work ethic, even under time pressure
