Planning of material procurement and production requirements in Negaunee, MI

Ensuring compliance with legal and corporate guidelines for import and export control

Development and use of evaluations to display and plan demand and inventory levels (raw materials, products, and service items)

Identifying deviations and implementing corrective measures (communicating forecast changes with suppliers, initiating orders through the planning team)

Analyzing supply chain processes (procurement methods, communication channels, planning rhythms), identifying potential for optimization, developing solutions, and coordinating implementation in consultation with the supervisor

Creating regular reports on supply chain metrics, according to guidelines from various corporate departments

Monitoring and maintaining logistics master data in the SAP ERP system according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Reviewing and processing incoming internal customer orders and purchases for products, service items, and repairs through bookings in the ERP system and communication with internal customers

Requirements

Your qualifications:
Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field

At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar field

Experience in logistics planning preferred

Experience with an ERP system such as SAP and Excel

Analytical skills and a careful and reliable work style

Communication and teamwork skills

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
