    The Wealth Management Associate is the liaison between clients and the advisor providing excellent individualized client service and developing long-term relationships with clients. This position has an uncapped commission structure (+salary) with plenty of opportunity for growth.     Objectives and Responsibilities

    • Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
    • Schedule and set up client appointments for advisors, both virtual and in-person
    • Prepare client review summary for advisors' upcoming appointments
    • Complete each service request and resolve client issues
    • Assist in trades, allocations changes, withdrawals, rollovers and transfers
    • CRM data entry: input notes and keep updated
    • Coordinate and follow up on each client transfer
    • Review client applications prior to submission
    • Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
    • Assist with client update reports and mailings
    • Cultivate new opportunities within existing client relationships
    • Other tasks as assigned
    • Always put the client's best interest first
    • Stay informed on industry regulations, compliance, and tax law changes
    • Pursue ongoing education to enhance financial knowledge

    Experience and Competencies – For success in this role

    • 1+ years of experience in a wealth management or client facing financial role
    • Preferred licenses: SIE and 2-15 (sponsorship available to obtain)
    • Relevant or adjacent certifications/licenses are a plus (e.g. 2-14, CFP etc.)
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
    • Strong phone presence
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients
    • Must be a go-getter, team-player, and hungry for knowledge and growth
    • Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, softwares and processes
