- Understand and adhere to all employee guidelines as listed in the employee handbook.
- Work alongside assigned claim associates to provide a thorough and unbiased investigation of assigned claim files by reviewing relevant facts obtained during the Bees360 Inspection.
- Maintain an active adjusters license for each required licensing state in which estimates and investigations are performed.
- Maintain communication with the Vice President of Claims regarding carrier status with clear, timely, and accurate written/electronic communications.
- Attend scheduled division and departmental meetings issued by Vice President of Claims.
- Assist with claims associate hiring, interviewing, forecasting, onboarding, and/or transfer of new claims associates.
- Handle all incoming requests for communication on claim issues with carrier contacts.
- Assist in onboarding of new carrier clients, attend meetings, and ensure estimating platform needs are met per carrier requests.
- Be camera-ready for all internal and external video meetings and presentations.
- Serve as a technical resource for less experienced claims personnel.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours and weekends as necessary.
- May be called upon for catastrophe duty.

The Claims Director ? CoreLogic Account will act as the claim supervisor and main point of contact for a major assigned carrier claim account within CoreLogic.
The Director will ensure completion of the claims inspection cycle and return all necessary information back to the carrier for coverage and settlement review.
The Claims Director will closely monitor cycle times and maintain constant communication with the Vice President of Claims.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervision of Claims Associates, Claims Trainers as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software is preferred.
Estimating software proficiency (Xactimate Levels I & II certification or similar).
Education and Training Required:
Bachelor?s degree.
Certification in Adjuster, State Adjuster Licensing requirements per carrier assigned, Xactimate and/or Symbility proficiency.
Will be required to obtain Haag Reviewer certification (levels I-IV).
Years of Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
