Thanks to a robust marketing strategy live events, we attract a high volume of potential clients eager for our expertise in financial and retirement planning. In this pivotal growth phase, we are looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative who embodies our ethos of excellence and client service.

    Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000

    The Role: Client Service Representative

    As a Client Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our clients' financial services are delivered smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial in facilitating the success of our advisors by managing client interactions, processing annuity applications, and maintaining impeccable records. Your work will directly impact our ability to help clients achieve their financial goals, thereby contributing to their long-term financial health.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Process applications for fixed-index annuities using Firelight software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Manage comprehensive paperwork associated with life insurance and new account openings for our fee-based advisory business.
    • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating effective communication between clients and advisors.
    • Collaborate with team members to refine processes and enhance client satisfaction.
