- Collect and analyze data to improve HR strategies and processes.
- Take the initiative to identify, recommend, configure, and test HR system updates and enhancements.
- Suggest ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Conducts audits to ensure data integrity.
- Manages user accounts and permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Serves as a lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Technology Department (IT), external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation
- Partners with the IT department to create new functionalities for the HR system.
- Generates reports on key metrics such as demographics and compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Performs other duties as required.

Position Summary: The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the human resource information system (HRIS) for over 1500+ employees in two companies.
