    Description
    Disciplined Growth Investors, Inc., (DGI) is an Investment Adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

    Its principal office and place of business is located at 150 South Fifth Street, Suite 2550, Minneapolis, MN DGI was founded in February 1997.

    PURPOSE OF POSITION


    As a member of DGI's Client Team, the Client Relationship Associate will provide support to the existing Client Relationship Managers (4).

    This includes processing client requests, utilizing our CRM system (Salesforce), learning the on-boarding of new clients, suggesting and implementing process improvements to streamline existing systems.

    This role will be responsible for processing and ensuring paperwork and forms are completed in a timely and accurate manner, interacting with clients via e-mail, phone, and video conference.

    The role is crucial in helping our team build and strengthen new and existing long-term client relationships. This role reports to DGI's Director of Client Relationships.


    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
    Client Relationship Associate


    • Provide support for the existing Client Relationship Managers (4)
    o Process phone, email, and portal inquiries

    o Process client requests at Fidelity and Schwab


    • Data Management & Admin for Client Relationship Managers & Director of Institutional Relationships
    o Manage client data in SalesForce

    o Manage data in marketing data bases


    • Back-up to the New Account Specialist
    o Onboarding for all new clients (internal and external paperwork)


    • General Admininistrative Duties
    o Printing Vendor Coordinator

    o In-house Mailing Coordinator (holiday cards, toffee mailing, ADV/Privacy mailing etc)


    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1-3 years Client Service Experience preferred.
    • Detail focused, able to multi-task, prioritize and work in a deadline environment.
    • Interested in expanding knowledge and skills.
    • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6, 63 and Securities Industries Essentials (SEI) within two years.
    • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with staff and other investment professionals.
    • Outstanding judgement, drive, intellectual curiosity, humility, creativity, and the capacity to get things done.
