As a
Securities Associate for COUNTRY Capital Management Company (CCMC) you'll contribute to the overall success of the team and the Investment Services division.

You'll be responsible for processing new business and performing various tasks, providing a vital link between COUNTRY's Advisors and CCMC's 3rd party vendors.

You'll provide information related to investment options, account set up, online access, and general account information. You'll also have the opportunity to work within the division on existing and future project efforts.


This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

How does a Securities Associate make an impact?

  • Approves/rejects new brokerage accounts.
  • Documents/updates systems and/or forms.
  • Answers incoming calls.

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Enjoy working as part of a team with the ability to quickly flex between different tasks.
  • Basic investment/retirement account knowledge preferred, but not required.
  • FINRA SIE exam, Series 6 exam preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive outlook with a focus on identifying process improvements.
  • This is a senior level support role, which typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
