As a
Data Integrity Unit Associate, you'll serve our clients by updating mailing and billing address and name information. You'll work with our Financial Representatives and other Business Areas to ensure accurate and complete client data.

You'll have the opportunity to grow your data entry skills and knowledge of COUNTRY systems while building relationships to improve current processes.


This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

How does a Data Integrity Unit Associate make an impact?

  • Processes service requests received from financial representatives, customers and business areas; reviews and determines proper action by updating appropriate systems accurately. (Siebel, Fadeplus, Policy Writer, Lifecomm, ALIS, Health Expert system)
  • Processes customer mail returned from USPS as undeliverable as addressed. Research for new address through internet searches or contacts the financial representative. Updates appropriate systems with new address information.
