Job DescriptionSTS Technical Services is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our client's team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and analytical individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
The Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, as well as managing marketing technologies and performance analytics.
This position demands strong strategic and creative problem-solving skills and offers the opportunity to work on comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement.
Manage digital marketing automation and analytics platforms, ensuring timely deployment of emails and accurate audience segmentation.
Produce and analyze performance reports for marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Support the creation of marketing materials and copywriting for campaigns and events.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align on marketing campaign messaging and objectives.
Assist in technical deployment and coordination of marketing communications.
Qualifications
High proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the ability to create SQL queries.
Proven experience in planning and deploying successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills to report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent copywriting skills and experience in creating marketing content.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrates a self-starting attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to safety and security.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Advanced quantitative skills to analyze marketing data and interpret results effectively.
