    Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance electrical products and solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join their dynamic team.

    As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources function and fostering a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

    Focus:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and meet staffing needs.

    Source, screen, and interview candidates aligned with company values and requirements.

    Conduct reference checks and background screenings for hiring integrity.

    Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation and benefits enrollment.

    Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and programs.

    Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and recommend resolutions.

    Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration for positive employee relations.

    Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives for job satisfaction and retention.

    Support performance management through goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback.

    Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive packages and assisting with inquiries.


    Skill Set:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.


    Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws as well as understanding of state and federal regulations and payroll processes.

    Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

    Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

    HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
