    Minimum Requirements

    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
    • Any equivalent combination of certifications, education, or experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities for the position.
    • Experienced with web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JS, .NET/C# and low code/no code application tools.
    • Full Stack development experience a plus, including familiarity with Web Services and SQL.
    Licenses, Registration, and Certifications
    • Must complete required HIPAA training within the first 6 months of hire.
    • CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
    Job Description

    Position Summary

    Under direct supervision, perform routine non-complex program maintenance and documentation of business applications. Develop, maintain, enhance, and implement business software applications. Coordinate with all areas of the business to ensure successful acceptance and use of solutions.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Apply a broad knowledge of IT principles and methodologies in the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of business applications.
    • Plan and implement software upgrades and ensure change management procedures and methodologies are implemented and followed.
    • Collaborate with internal/external user community customers, technology and business consultants, end users, section managers, IT management, and colleagues to identify business requirements, assess feasibility and impact to other applications, consider available technologies and approaches, recommend solutions, and prioritize project tasks
    • Provide support and learning for designing, developing, and maintaining both on-premise and SaaS hosted solutions for the organization.
    • Experienced and knowledgeable with newly supported web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JS, .NET/C# and low code/no code application tools.
    • Prepare program specifications and system documentation as required for development efforts.
    • Contribute to the design of new applications and/or participate in the selection process of software packages. Assist with the installation of hardware and software.
    • Perform, maintain, and manage installations, upgrades, patch application and troubleshooting to third-party packaged business applications.
    • Design, enhance, develop, configure, maintain, implement, test and support business and operational software applications of low to medium complexity.
    • Provide 24/7 production support (as required) for business applications. Troubleshoots business application problems and deploys solutions.
    • Apply defensive application design and secure coding practices to avoid security vulnerabilities. Employ mitigation techniques on common application architecture design flaws.
    • Implement effective security controls against web application vulnerabilities beyond application input validation.
    • Prepare for and perform IT and/or ICS cyber incident response as required.
    • Perform related work as required.
