    Description

    We are looking for a talented and inquisitive Director of Revenue Operations whose drive for learning and determination for continuous improvement aligns with our ambitious, fast-growing and transforming company.

    Based in Boston, they will optimize deal execution by introducing streamlined processes and leveraging automation.

    Moreover, this individual will facilitate effective communication of any operational changes to the Sales team, ensuring seamless adaptation and compliance monitoring.

    Define and optimise end-to-end sales processes centred around Salesforce, driving efficiency and alignment.

    Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and executing process enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall revenue performance.

    Continuously review and implement technologies to enhance salesforce efficiency, ensuring seamless change management and high tool adoption.

    Streamline the Deal Desk process with Finance and Operations, playing a critical role in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce/Netsuite Integration teams.

    Utilise data analytics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
    Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on revenue operations effectiveness.

    Develop and implement sales enablement programs to empower the sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary for success.

    Leadership of the Sales Operations, Insights and Enablement Team members.

    10+ years of sales and business operations experience or directly relevant experience; Proven ability to lead a high-performing revenue operations team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.

    ~ Demonstrated success in optimising revenue processes and driving business growth.
    ~ Experience with Salesforce. Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
    ~ Experience with Hubspot. Able to develop, manage, and communicate project status across teams to support a common goal.
    ~ Experience with enablement processes and platforms.
