    Job Requirements:

    2+ years' experience in sales and new business development experience in the staffing or highly skilled sales industry position.

    Your experience has taught you what it takes to be successful in sales.

    Your strong networking skills, and of course amazing verbal and written skills are a given. Connecting with friends, family and people you don't know-the idea that everyone's a customer is second nature to you

    You like to see the numbers and are internally motivated with a strong drive for measurable results and success. Setting and achieving goals, hitting deadlines are all your thing You love winning


    World-class customer service skills have been your motto-you recognize that this distinguishes us when building strong business relationships with new and current clients.


    Having a high sense of urgency, being an out-of-the-box thinker, and possessing creative ideas are the status quo for you.


    Knowledge of what it takes to successfully work in a small and vibrant office environment-you'll work in a hybrid fashion at our new and cool downtown Chicago office, and in your own dedicated remote workspace at home.

    Figuring things out like following processes and picking up on a new environment come easily to you.
