    DSO Management Group, a leading sales and marketing firm in Los Angeles, represents top Fortune 500 clients in the telecommunications sector. As our company undergoes remarkable growth and continues to broaden its client base, we are actively looking to expand our team by hiring a new Entry Level Sales Representative. In this role, you will create unmatched relationships with our valued customers and drive revenue for our esteemed clients. The Entry Level Sales Representative prioritizes creating memorable experiences for all of our customers, so being a people person is a must You will thrive as our Entry Level Sales Representative if you are outgoing, friendly, and excited to build relationships with new customers.

    We pride ourselves on providing personalized, hands-on training to our team members. Our team members start at entry level, and we provide them with the tools and resources that they need to succeed As our Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be cross-trained in areas such as:

    • Sales Techniques & Strategies
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Market Research & Analysis
    • Product Knowledge
    • Campaign Management

    Entry Level Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences and guide them through our clients' products and services
    • Conduct in-depth demonstrations of products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed about our offerings
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales Management team to identify and capitalize on new territory opportunities
    • Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
    • Follow up on sales and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
    • Regularly report on sales achievements and customer feedback

    Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent
    • A degree from an accredited university is preferred but not required
    • 1-2 years in Sales, Retail, or related is a plus
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment
    • Determined to grow into a leadership role from entry level
    • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute
