    Job DescriptionDescriptionAbout the Role:
    As a Promotions Agent at Lift Forward Direct, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and increasing customer engagement through strategic promotional activities. You'll be responsible for executing promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
    • Coordinate and execute promotional events, including product demonstrations, giveaways, and contests.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities with overall business objectives.
    • Engage with customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in promotions, marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative promotional ideas.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
