Level 1 Loan Officer Description

This position is fully onsite and does not support a remote work schedule.

Level 1 Responsibilities

  • Utilize Follow Up Boss CRM for realtime client engagement and followup.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
  • Skillfully facilitate the handoff process to our trusted Real Estate Agent Partners.

Level 2 Loan Officer:


  • Once you have demonstrated proficiency in your role as a Level 1 Loan Officer and have consistently met or exceeded performance targets, you'll be eligible for promotion to a Level 2 Loan Officer position.
  • In this role, you will take on increased responsibilities and have the opportunity to work with more responsibilities. With a competitive compensation range of salary plus additional performancebased incentives, this position offers a substantial increase in earning potential.

Level 3 Loan Officer:

Requirements:

Must have an active NMLS (National Mortgage Licensing System) license.
Superior and professional phone skills to impress and engage buyers and real estate agents.


Pay:
$36, $150,000.00 per year
