    We are looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team in our Mission locationAbout UsMission and Overland Park Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospitals are 24-hour hospitals that focuses on the most critical needs of the animals in our community.

    Responsibilities of a Client Service Representative:
    Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate mannerPrepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completelyEducate and advise clients regarding MVES/OVES services and practices Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all timesProcess invoices and payments accuratelyUpdate and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirementsAssist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for exampleSupport team to reach common goalsAbility to recognize and seek guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not apply

    About You:
