    Description

    Our client located in Overland Park is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support their executive team and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience, be a subject matter expert on all things Microsoft Office, and possess a natural proclivity for problem solving.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as primary contact between COO and stakeholders, establishing professional relationships and facilitating communication.
    • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support COO, including drafting correspondence, maintaining files, and managing calendars.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, refining schedules and handling bookings and itineraries for executive leadership.
    • Schedule and organize meetings and appointments, attend meetings to record minutes, and follow up on action items.
    • Manage communication on behalf of COO, prioritize correspondence, summarize important information, and ensure appropriate follow up is taken.
    • Initiate creative processes to improve efficiency across all office functions
    • Partner with administrative team to plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and team building events.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 3+ years experience as an executive assistant.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
    • Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Dependable and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
