- Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Deliver individualized therapy to those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Record and monitor client progress and behavior
- Support skill development programs including communication and social skills
- Create a safe and engaging environment for clients
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capable of following instructions and executing behavior intervention plans
