- Lead the sales and marketing teams with inspiration and guidance.

- Meet set departmental sales objectives determined by senior management.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings.
- Support in pitching and finalizing business deals when necessary.
- Deliver training and guidance to the team on sales techniques and industry insights.
- Outline an annual marketing strategy to facilitate achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver marketing materials.
- Supervise all facets of the Company's marketing, public relations, branding, and social media activities to ensure they reflect the company's values.
- Work alongside executive management to devise sales targets and tactics.
- Create and manage the sales budget; oversee and approve expenses.
- Represent the company at industry gatherings and events as needed.
- Travel locally and nationally as assigned.
- Any other sales and marketing responsibilities as delegated.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field, OR Equivalent sales leadership experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills with a proficiency in negotiations.
- Strong supervisory and leadership proficiencies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
- Recruit and train sales and marketing personnel.
- Coordinate and monitor the schedules and performance of the sales and marketing team.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance assessments.
- Handle disciplinary actions and employee terminations in line with company guidelines.
