    McClure Company Service is seeking a confident and initiative-taking technical sales professional to grow our HVAC Mechanical Services :business in the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia business areas.

    This position is responsible for building additional customer base and developing strong business relationships.
    HVAC Sales Specialist Essential Functions

    • With minimal supervision, presents the McClure Company offerings particularly focused on the company's target vertical markets; commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and government.
    • Create cost estimates for HVAC Project and Maintenance scopes of work.
    • Survey mechanical systems, equipment, and job conditions.
    • Build rapport and positive working relationships with office staff, field personnel and management.
    • Become proficient on the McClure Company sales selling system.
    • HVAC Sales :Specialist Experience, technical skills & attributes required
    • Three (3) or more years of proven technical HVAC industry solution selling experience working directly with our target markets.
    • Initiativetaking, relentless sales focus.
    • Keen intelligence and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in computer skills.
    Position is full-time Monday - Friday
