You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop actionable insights, and implement strategic solutions. What would you do?

Conduct detailed analysis of operational processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and track progress over time.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to highlight opportunities for improvement and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance and visibility of data.
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
Work closely with customer support and operations teams to address platform issues, automate workflows, and enhance marketplace satisfaction.
Monitor operational processes and performance metrics related to ticketing operations and marketplace intelligence initiatives on an ongoing basis.
Identify risks and opportunities within ticketing operations and marketplace dynamics and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ticketing and fan shopping experiences.

What is required to succeed?

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, PMP) is a plus.
Experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related roles, preferably in the ticketing industry or e-commerce sector.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, Power BI, Snowflake, Sigma).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Curiosity and self-motivation to examine and re-examine problems to find new and creative solutions.
Passion for technology, entertainment, and delivering exceptional fan experiences.
Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal hours as business needs dictate.
