    This role involves developing and executing tax plans, as well as working closely with the accounting team to enhance processes and mitigate risks.

    Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 | Fresno, CA | Comprehensive Benefits | Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Preparation and review of company federal tax returns and ensuring timely filing of tax forms
    • Identifying and implementing process enhancements in tax procedures
    • Filing consolidated federal, state, and local income tax returns accurately and promptly
    • Developing strategic tax plans for federal and state taxes
    • Assisting in audits and special tax projects
    • Reviewing tax returns and providing tax projections
    • Conducting journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations
    • Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations

    Experience Needed:

    • Minimum 5 years of Public Tax Accounting experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Excel
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
    • Familiarity with US and California tax regulations
    • Effective problem-solving and time management capabilities

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Mandatory)
    • Active CPA license (Mandatory)
