    Job Description:
    seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.


    Responsibilities:
    Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers

    Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner

    Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

    Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions

    Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns

    Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures

    Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

    Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

    Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies

    Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal staff regarding accounting matters


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

    Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role

    Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures

    Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office applications, especially Excel

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
