- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Manage product initiatives while ensuring timely delivery within budget guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze product performance while gathering feedback and optimizing features for client satisfaction.
- Partner with the Marketing Department to assist in the development of collateral and promotional campaigns to help drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Provide product training and sales support to both internal team members and clients along with addressing customer inquiries and potential objections.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Two years of experience in Product Management within Telecommunications or Network Services.
- Strong understanding of Telecommunications technologies including, but not limited to, internet access, wireless services, VoIP, and managed network services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have an analytical thought process along with the ability to problem solve and strong communication skills.

Description
As a Product Specialist for EnTelegent Solutions, you will be a trusted advisor to the business and will assist in driving the development, implementation, and management of product offerings to support the company's focus on analysis, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management. This role will have a priority in supporting the Product Team with our internal partners to ensure product goals are met. This position reports to the Director of Product Management and is an Individual Contributor role.
This role will be a Hybrid role with the expectation of three days in our Charlotte office and the remaining two days remote.
