    This Manhattan based building and construction company is a leading Residential General Contractor. Specializing in residential interiors and multifamily building and construction, the company is targeting a Construction Project Manager - with luxury Residential project experience in Manhattan

    Client Details

    This full-service, Manhattan based Building and Construction Company is a Top ENR General Contractor specializing in multifamily and high end interiors projects. They have extensive experience building projects ranging from small to large, from apartments to hotels to luxury high end finishes. As they expand their project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent to join the team.

    Description

    The Interiors Project Manager- New York City will:

    • Manage the job site from inception through completion.
    • Communicate and meet regularly with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule, changes, and deliveries.
    • Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issues.
    • Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards.
    • Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots.
    • Communicate effectively with owners, construction managers, superintendents, and project managers to ensure appropriate progress

    Profile

    The Interiors Project Manager- New York City should have:

    • 5+ years of construction project management experience
    • Experience building interiors projects of at least $10M
    • Expereince completing high end aprtment finishes in Manhattan, with a budget of $5M and above
    • OSHA certification preferred
    • Demonstrated success leading projects and managing a large team
