    Description
    This is an unpaid internship. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Growth Analyst to join our dynamic team.

    As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities to optimize key performance metrics.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a deep understanding of marketing and user acquisition strategies, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

    THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL:
    Lead the development and execution of growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
    Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
    Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns, product features, and user experiences.
    Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and design teams to prioritize growth initiatives and implement solutions.
    Develop predictive models and forecasting methodologies to project future performance and inform strategic decisions.
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing and data analytics.
    Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the overall growth culture of the organization.

    Proven experience (X years) in a similar role, with a track record of driving measurable business growth.
    Expertise in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
    Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
    Experience with digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    Strong understanding of Finance model
    2-4 years work experience

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Previous internship experience in Finance is a plus, but not required.
    GIAQ, CFA,FMC,FRM certification
    Bachelor's degree or master's in finance or BA
    Previous Finance experience
