    PSC Biotech is a leading Biotech Consultancy firm founded in 1996, headquartered in Pomona, California, employing a global team of skilled professional and experts that span across strategically located offices in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. PSC operates in 52 countries globally and has served thousands of clients to date.

PSC provides cost-effective solutions, while providing exceptional technical capabilities and customer service to our clients for all projects ranging from supplier quality audits to greenfield projects. We understand that the world of life science is evolving rapidly, and we must continue to offer new products and services to meet our customers expectations.

    We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager. This is a remote opportunity but with some travel to client sites, conferences, and corporate office meetings required, Chicago/Midwest based candidates are highly preferred.

    **Responsibilities**

    Drive top line revenue growth through professional, consultative, and proactive interactions with all levels of customers ranging from key decision makers to front line employees.

    Assesses industry business trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities for business growth.

    Assist managers in reaching revenue goals quarterly.

    Develops professional relationships with clients

    Assists in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams

    Supports managers reviewing, compiling, and editing proposals to ensure accuracy and consistency in all other proposals.

    Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

    Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

    **Requirements**

    6-10 years of Business Development experience

    6-10 years of experience working with pharma, medical device, and biotechnology clients

    Experience in capital equipment and software sales in the life science industry

    Knowledge of GMP requirements and guidelines

    Technical sales experience
