Responsibilities:
- Develop, coach, motivate, recruit, and mentor direct outside sales representatives and other designated sales personnel to achieve budgetary objectives.
- Coordinate with management on regional sales development and business plan execution.
- Ensure, structure, negotiate and close complex transactions in accordance with all policies.
- Provide review and approval for quotes done by sales reps per company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Identify business opportunities with potential customers within the industry.
- Responsible for maintaining area revenues and maintaining or exceeding sales budgets and targets as agreed and established for the regional territory and sales representatives managed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be proficient the use of Microsoft Office
- Sales Managerial experience required
- Experience in the landscaping, landscape design, hardscaping, and/or irrigation industry on the corporate, or retail side required.
