Job Description

Are you a technology enthusiast with an aptitude for self-learning, troubleshooting, and solving tech-related problems? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a tech support specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the company's tech leader to maintain technology across the entire company, including employee machines, cloud-based software, and more. This is a very demanding, hands-on role in which you will be exposed to many different technologies. Lots of opportunities to learn, have an impact and grow with the company. IMPORTANT: This is a local, on-premises position. While we do offer flex work arrangements, some office hours will be required for this role.

Responsibilities

Maintain and service company-issued MacBooks (upgrades, swaps, etc)
Administer cloud-based software products
Perform onboarding/offboarding technology tasks
Provide internal tech support, as needed
Research, deploy, and maintain software and security solutions

Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience in a tech support role
Familiarity with the enterprise Apple ecosystem (ex: MacBook Pro, Business Managers, iCloud VPP, etc.)
Experience with administering Google Workspace (Enterprise level preferred)
Experience with administering any MDM platform
Experience with administering security solutions (I.e. antivirus, firewall, password management / SSO, etc.)

Bonus points for familiarity with:

Google MDM
Kandji or Jamf
Sophos
LastPass
Google Workspace (enterprise)
Slack
Zoom Phone
