- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Perform month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA designation preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role, preferably in the finance industry
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
