Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) for the Albertus Magnus Workshops in Günzburg, Berkeley, CA

We are currently seeking a Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team at the Albertus Magnus Workshops in Günzburg, Berkeley, CA.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

Independently prepare, review, and process monthly payroll for approximately 180 workshop employees
Perform general administrative tasks
Serve as a point of contact for management, workshop employees, visitors, caregivers, social security agencies, and authorities

Requirements:

Completed training as an office manager, industrial clerk, or equivalent
Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
Reliability and conscientiousness
Good comprehension skills
Knowledge of social security law is desirable
Experience or further education in human resources is desirable
