You will be responsible for and help shape the following with us:

  • Assisting clients with daily care
  • Proper implementation of support services for clients
  • Participation in assessing support and care needs
  • Participation in implementing goals and measures from the care and support plan, as well as documenting them
  • Shift work including night shifts

You bring the following to our team:

  • Experience in pedagogical activities
  • desirable
  • First experience in working with people with intellectual and/or psychological disabilities
  • Interest and joy in creative work with people with disabilities
  • Cooperative collaboration with clients, staff teams, and family members
  • MS Office skills
  • Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing
