    Description


    LHH is working with a great company who is looking for an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in assisting with various HR functions and initiatives to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

    You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to deliver high-quality HR services to our employees. This job will require you to be a 1 person HR Team.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:
    Process payroll within Paylocity

    Coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs.

    Managing employee records and HR databases, always ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

    Assisting with employee relations matters, including investigating employee complaints, resolving conflicts, and providing support and guidance to managers and employees.

    Administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

    Assisting with performance management processes, including coordinating performance appraisals, and providing support to managers and employees.

    Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement activities.

    Keeping abreast of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.


    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    2-3 years of experience in HR position

    Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Proficiency in Paylocity

    HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

    Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
